Heidelberg has a new conference center: after around three years of construction, the "Heidelberg Congress Center" (HCC) was officially opened in April 2024. The architecturally striking building is located opposite the main train station and the new Europaplatz and has a flexible room concept on three levels. In addition to the Great Hall, there is a further hall, ten meeting rooms and conference rooms with a total of 3,800 seats. All rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art communication technology for hybrid event formats. In addition, a fully equipped studio enables video productions and the streaming of conferences and congresses.
